He has been given the mandate by God to help men reach there maximum potential for God. 
He presents the gospel of salvation simplistically.., there by equipping men to live there God given purpose through biblical kingdom principles.
Elder Allen values family and purpose driven living, he is also known for biblical counseling, life coaching and self improvement skills

His love and encouragement extends the Love of God, the Grace of God and God's mercy to the hopeless, the friendless and the fatherless which has changed the lives of individuals he's had the opportunity to mentor. 

He is gifted with the patience to cultivate and stand by individuals until they mature and come into their God given Purpose.

Elder Allen has served in a variety of ministerial leadership capacities and has Academic Achievements in Theology, Technology and Business.

Elder Allen grew up in Milwaukee WI. where he was faced with many challenges growing up on the streets where he lived.
Being exposed to a life of drugs, hustling, extravagance and riotous lifestyle He came to a cross-road and made the decision to live for God
He has since metamorphically been Transformed into a dynamic man of God.
Sharing his story and encouraging people to be transformed, renewed and to be born again in the name of Jesus Christ is one of the things he loves to share.
